ABO Blood Incompatibility Positively Affects Early Graft Function: Single-Center Retrospective Cohort Study

• ABO-incompatible kidney transplant requires extensive preconditioning for desensitization and immunosuppression. Early graft function is affected by ischemic-reperfusion injury involving immune systems. We retrospectively examined a single-institution database to assess the factors associated with early function.
